The evening before I took the fabric outside to place on an empty car parking space outside my home (shown in the photo below) Hannah and I stitched two pieces of fabric together to make a sheet big enough to cover the space. I want to show this picture as we were a little strained at this point as a cloud of uncertainty hung over what we were doing – but we mended it.
