After an exhibition run of nearly four months, My Granddad’s Car finally departs Terminal 5. It was a great opportunity to connect with a huge international audience and show our deeply personal work in a space that is often occupied by impersonal images. We owe a great deal to the wonderful and much missed Jenny Crean who gave us her support from the very beginning and surprised us with her warm and caring personality. Thank you Jenny – we dedicate the exhibition to you and your family.

The exhibition at Heathrow has been one of many challenges we have undertook in the name of My Granddad’s Car and there is much to do before we finish. The cars remain in Pakistan and Nigeria, but we have not given up. Watch this space.
